Emergency Maintenance – FortiGate Firewall Security Upgrades

Incident affecting: Nationwide

We will be carrying out emergency maintenance to upgrade FortiGate firewalls following the identification of a critical security vulnerability.

Maintenance will take place between 18:00 and 02:00 on 22–23 October and 23–24 October.

Customers may experience a brief interruption to service of approximately 10–15 minutes while their firewall is upgraded and rebooted.
