We are currently aware of an incident that is affecting some of our customers in the Manchester area connecting to one of our POP sites.
This is under active investigation and we will share further updates on the progress.

  • A fix has been implemented and our engineering team is now testing the system to make sure the issue has been successfully resolved.
    We are seeing services start to recover from 14:29 onwards.

  • Elevate's field engineer is now present at the Data Centre and will begin diagnosing the fault

  • The Elevate field engineer will be present at the Data Centre within the next 30 minutes.

    We will provide an additional update shortly.

  • Elevate are in the process of dispatching a field engineer to the Manchester Data Centre for further diagnostics.

    We will provide a further update in the next 30 minutes.
